Rebel Wilson has come out via her Instagram, sharing a relationship with her “Disney Princess”.

The actress and comedian had previously confirmed that she was “happily” dating someone but refrained from sharing any particulars about the person in question.

Now, in a new social media post during Pride month (June 9), Wilson opened up about her significant other, with a sweet image captioned: “I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess 💗🌈💗#loveislove

Rebel Wilson introducing her girlfriend, Ramona Agruma, to the world

Rebel’s new boo, Ramona Agruma, is tagged in the post but her account is private. However, her bio says she’s the founder of Lemon Ve Limon, a Los Angeles-based clothing brand, in addition to being a brand ambassador for Bee Goddess Jewellery.

The comments section was flooded with supportive messages from friends and fans congratulating the Australian actress:

“Gorgeous couple & dynamic duo. Love you guys,” read one comment.

Another added: “Oh wow!!!!! I couldn’t love this any more!!!!!!!”

Meanwhile, Rebel’s Senior Year co-star Tyler Barnhardt, wrote, “Happy Pride ICON!”

Pitch Perfect co-star Kelley Jakle added, “Adore you both so much.”

The relationship reveal comes just a few weeks after the Wilson shared on the U Up? podcast that she was “happily in a relationship.” While she didn’t share too much about the romance, Rebel did explain how she and Ramona met.

“It was a friend set-up,” she said. “He’d known both of us for, at least, five years each and was like, ‘Yeah, I think you two would hit it off.’ And then we did!”

Wilson, who has a considerable queer fan-base, has always been a vocal champion for LGBTQ+ folk with her work. While discussing Isn’t it Romantic recently, the actress said:

“It was really important to me that, obviously, we cast an openly gay actor for the role of Donny so that the character could not in any way be construed as mocking a gay guy,” Wilson told the Los Angeles Times in 2019.

“I think we make a really clever comment about how gay characters have been marginalized in the past few decades. It’s come a long way now like [with] the work of Ryan Murphy, presenting such complex characters, but only 10 or 20 years ago that wasn’t represented.”

Congratulations to the happy couple!
